A voucher is a physical (coupon) or digital (promo code) document used in the Telebreeze Multiplatform Player program to buy a subscription or top off the system’s balance.

One method to buy material via the Telebreeze system is to activate the voucher. See the article for other techniques.

An essential feature of any contemporary customer-focused video service is the inclusion of a voucher area. The voucher activation system has long been a part of the system’s functioning since we appreciate our users’ convenience when using the platform. In the new release, we have added the option to buy a voucher directly in the player, eliminating the need for subscribers to make pointless calls or contact people, which is crucial in the new pandemic reality. Previously, the only ways to buy a voucher were by calling the operator’s office or by physically visiting.

Users can now purchase a voucher for the appropriate subscription or to fill up the system balance by visiting the Shop section of the Telebreeze Multiplatform Player user application.

In addition to being displayed on the user’s screen, the voucher code will be emailed to the subscriber’s email address if the operator has configured a mailing list in the Middleware management panel. Additionally, the operator can deliver the code to the user’s phone by push notification or SMS. The operator must first connect and correctly configure the relevant gateway in order to accomplish this. Go to the “Profile” section, locate the “Activate Voucher” section, and input the coupon code to activate the voucher in the player.

The operator must navigate to the Telebreeze Middleware’s “Billing” section, choose the relevant “Vouchers” tab, and generate the necessary quantity of vouchers in order to add one to the system:

• saving time. Saving time on the purchase is beneficial for both the operator and the user. Users purchase the vouchers directly; the operator is unable to take part in the distribution chain. All he has to do is create vouchers and record their quantity. Vouchers can now be sent out manually, saving the operator time. The procedure is now automated and streamlined.
